No matter your starting level or your goals, each program I design is 100% personalized for you. It takes into account key factors such as your metabolism, background, lifestyle, and professional constraints
I will create custom training plans for you, including tutorial videos to ensure the precise and safe execution of exercises, along with an optimal number of repetitions tailored to your goals.
The meal plans are also personalized, with five (05) meal suggestions and detailed recipes for each meal, whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or simply a balanced diet.
Your coaching follow-up includes personalized and continuous support, with regular assessments and precise adjustments based on your progress and any changes that may occur in your life, whether personal or professional. Additionally, you have unlimited access to assistance, with quick responses to all of your questions.
This program will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days and is carefully designed to support your progress in the long term.

WEEKLY ASSESSMENT
Each week, you will send me your progress photos, measurements, and feedback on the challenges you faced, what worked well, and how you felt both physically and mentally. Based on this information, I will adjust your program and make the necessary modifications to optimize your results.

Your program evolves with you to stay aligned with your needs and lifestyle! In addition to considering the results of your weekly assessments, your program will be adjusted to accommodate any major changes in your life, such as a move, a new job, or altered schedules. These adjustments are fully included in the program, ensuring that your journey remains in sync with your goals, no matter the circumstances.
