General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Purpose:
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Amine SABER and any individual or legal entity making a purchase of services offered on the Amine SABER Coaching website. Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTC.

Services:
Amine SABER offers personalized coaching programs in nutrition and training, sold online through the Amine SABER Coaching website. The characteristics of the services offered are described on the site. The customer is required to review this information before placing an order.

Order:
The order is confirmed once the payment is completed. Any order placed on the Amine SABER Coaching website implies an obligation of payment. The customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Price:
The prices of the services are listed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Amine SABER reserves the right to modify prices at any time but is committed to applying the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Payment:
Payment is made by credit card through a secure system. No banking data is stored by Amine SABER.

Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. However, this right does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the customer's agreement.

Liability:
Amine SABER cannot be held liable for the non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, total or partial disruption or strike of postal services, transportation, and/or communication means, or in the event of a manifest error.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before resorting to the competent courts of Nanterre, France.
