DIET + TRAINING
No matter your starting level or your goals, each program I design is 100% personalized for you. It takes into account key factors such as your metabolism, background, lifestyle, and professional constraints
I will create custom training plans for you, including tutorial videos to ensure the precise and safe execution of exercises, along with an optimal number of repetitions tailored to your goals.
The meal plans are also personalized, with five (05) meal suggestions and detailed recipes for each meal, whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or simply a balanced diet.
At the end of the no-follow-up program, a mini-assessment will be conducted via email, where your questions and feedback will be addressed. Guidance will also be provided to help you adjust your program and continue benefiting from it for several months, even after it ends.
This program will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days and is carefully designed to support your progress in the long term.

This will offer you maximum variety and flexibility while respecting your dietary preferences and goals. I also offer the option to include a cheat meal (guilt-free meal) in your plan.
